What type of products do you offer?
We offer e-product solutions for designing and building a professional and creative website templates. Can I use your web templates to design a site for my own clients?
Absolutely! You can use all of our templates to build a high quality designer site of your own or use them to create an amazing product for your client. We simply advised that you let your client know in advance that you are using a pre-designed web template.

Why would I use a template instead of building from scratch?
Because templates are already built for you, and because there are so many options to choose from, you will easily find what you are looking for, in the highest quality, making it easier and faster for you to build a website of your own or deliver early on tight deadlines for clients.

How technical do I need to be to use these products?
Some limited knowledge of HTML and web design can be beneficial but all of our products are built to be user friendly and easy-to-use, and remember, help is always just a click away!

What programs do I need to use these products?
Adobe�s Photoshop CS+ for editing PSD files, Macromedia's Dreamweaver for HTML files and/or Macromedia�s Flash MX 2004+ for editing .fla files.

Can I use my own logo?
Setting up the pages with your own logo is fairly easy. Our templates are created so you can globally change the entire site at one time. You simply rename one file so the site doesn't use a flash header and instead calls a file we have already set up with a graphic. Then you edit the graphic with your own logo.

How much time can I actually save by using one of your templates?
Website developers and designers can take weeks and sometimes even months do create, build and design a website, normally at a high expense. The use of our templates can significantly speed up this process usually within a week and sometimes even within a couple days based on your needs and requirements making it a high-quality low cost solution.

What if I need help?

How do I purchase and download web templates?
Simply add the web template(s) of your choice to your Shopping cart and click checkout. After your billing details has been received, we e-mailed to you how to make the payment. After your payment has been received, your download is e-mailed to you. All orders go through email verification before the template is released. You will need WinZip to extract your files.

If I design a site for a client, can I sign off on it saying that I built it? Can I brand it as my own?
You may write on your finished product anywhere you like that you built the site and brand it as your own. Please be aware that when you purchase a membership or a template of any kind, the copyright is still owned by TemplatesBox.com and not the purchaser or their client.

Can I resell your templates from my Web site?
We have an adtemplate program that allows web site owners to sell our templates from their site and earn commissions on those sale. The only manner in which you may legally resell our products is by joining our adtemplate program where purchases are made through www.webtemplates.htsuite.com.
